[SQL Server Data Warehousing] Create Data warehouse

Create Data warehouse

I need to build a Data Warehouse. I have 5000 rows of data in Excel file.

As i think following step is taken for DWH and reporting...

 

OLTP---->STAGE--->DWH------>OLAP ---->REPORTING

Now i am canfuse how to start(tool use for these steps??) Is create star schema using SQL server??? Load data etc all Question is in my mind 
I already have the design of the star schema dimension and fact tables.
